The lights on my police cars are not working Help

Hello I installed a pack of police cars (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/16021-lspd-pack-els/) and whenever I turn on the sirens the lights do not work but siren son yes I I do not know what to do if someone can download this pack and see if something is missing, in the critics everyone says it worked perfectly. I'm using the els plugin and put the vcf folder's files in the els (plugin) folder. (I recorded a video that I posted on youtube that shows the problem)

    If you put it straight into the ELS folder they will not work. You have to place the VCFs inside the pack_default folder.

    Thanks man you are a God. But i still have a problem, i dont have the ingame menu but if o press the keys g,j,q i Start listen to "beep" noises. And the lights are not bright.

    You'll need to change the ELS menu key, as by default it's set to CTRL P, which is pause menu.  For the lights, download radianceV.
