The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So basically  all my LSPDFR plugins in the rage thing and LSPDFR itself crash instantly when I try and load them they will crash an unlimited amount of times until my game itself crashes constantly spamming me with crash errors on the left side of my screen for plugins. I couldn't load my game when this happened so I disabled all plugins to load on startup and I got in game then I tried to load them manually via console but the second I enabled the first plugins AKA LSPDFR i gave me an unlimited amount of crash errors proceeding my game itself to CTD I also tried to just make it so only LSPDFR loads on startup but the same thing happens. I have no clue what is happening and can't seem to find crash reports.

Start Rage normally.  However, when the Rage logo appears on your screen, click the gear icon in the lower left.  Once the settings open, look through all of the options and make sure "enable counter measures against online vehicles" is not enabled.
