Just installed thehurk's CHP pack, ELS is working perfectly however the extras are all weird. In the police garage there's at least 10 add ons for each and each one is a seperate light on the light bar(s). I've followed his instructions to the tee so any help would be appreciated.

When in game and in the vehicle, does ELS work just fine?

Yeah works perfectly, however for the first light formation one light (so, say, one cube? I guess) of the light bar stays on whilst the orange lights flash (when you press J once). The way hurk did the Light patterns for the second formation is the orange ones going from left to right but the whole blue side of the light bar stays on.

Sorry for the terrible photos but my steam screenshot stuff isn't working. In the first photo, that's the red light that stays on when I press J once, and the second is after I press J a second time, the amber lights are meant to scroll right to left alone but the blue lights on the left turn on. 

Here's also the way it looks in the police garage.

Are you positive you're using ELS models? and are you positive you added the VCF for it?

Yeah all the VCF files are in the folder, and all the models are from thehurk's CHP pack. I might do a clean download of the models and see if that works

Please take a screenshot of where you have the vehicles installed, and please include the navigation bar in the shot.

Looking back over this thread and your issue, because I'm a tad bit confused on what the actual problem is, I think you're confusing the way the vehicle was configured with being an error.

 

TheHurk designed his pack to work similar to real life CHP.    I'm unable to hop in game right now to record a video for you, but go to 1:28 on this video.  You will see that during stage 2 lighting, only the blue light and traffic advisor are supposed to be lit.

 

 

Indeed it looks live I've just been a bit stupid. I'm still confused as to why each light shows up as extra's in the police garage and seem a bit buggy but it must just be the way it is. Extremely sorry I wasted your time haha but thank you for that time anyways! its much appreciated

Not a waste of time at all!  The reason the lights show up as extras is because ELS uses the extras, which allows you to have traffic advisor only, secondary lights only, etc.  Think of your ram bar.  Previously, you'd use your trainer to enable/disable this.  ELS does that exact same thing except with emergency lights. :)  I hope that helps a bit.
