Hello this version of bxbugs123's charger the liveries do not work on it.

 And this version, the lights do not work.

As long as you've named the files properly, the textures should work just fine.  Per the lights, if you're using ELS, these are not ELS models.  This means if you do want to use them, you need to add a slightly modified ELS VCF to suit the model.

 

Honestly, if you are using ELS, it's not worth it to use any non-ELS vehicle.
