The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

On loading LSPDFR First Response.dll crashes

When rage plugin hook starts gta v the file LSPDFR First Response.dll crashes. I will attach rage log and screenshot of directory. Also have already tried running as admin on rage.

In your main GTA V directory is the commandline.txt.  Open it, and look for this line:

 

enabling counter measures against removal of online vehicles in singleplayer

 

Delete that line and save.  If you don't see it, open Rage's settings, find the option there, and uncheck.
