hey everyone, so i just recently tried to download the traffic policer mod for LSPDFR and I seem to be having some issues. I've   installed everything correctly but when I try to open the file properties and unblock the file it does't give me the option too. there's  no "unblock files" option under attributes and i think that's  why the Mod isn't working. is there any other way to unblock the files?

Hi there.  I assume if the option to unblock isn't there it's not blocked.  Where have you installed traffic policer? and how are you trying to load it?

I installed it into my plugins folder just as the tutorial instructed me to. I put the traffic policer audio in my LSPDFR folder as well. I tried to launch it in game by using the command center but everytime i do it it just gives me some error message and I don't know why

I don't believe you installed it in the correct place based off your description. Traffic Policer.dll and INI go into plugins / LSPDFR.

 

The Traffic Policer audio folder goes into lspdfr (the lowercase folder in the main directory) / Police Scanner.

Yea that's what I did, I just worded it wrong in my last response. My pluggins folder has the traffic Policer.dll and INI and the Audio files are in my LSPDFR folder. Eveyrthing is where its supposed to be

Just to be sure, you are going on duty at the police station or via the console, right?  You can't manually load this plugin.

 

If you have been going on duty but it's not working, please do me a favor and just verify by clicking the menu buttons for Traffic Policer.  If still nothing, please take screenshots of your LSPDFR folder and Police Scanner folder, making sure to include the navigation bar in the picture.

This is the error message it gives me when trying to load it:  "Error could not load plugin from "C/Progamfiles  (x86)/steam/steamappps/common/Gradnd theft auto V/pluggins/Traffic.Policer .dll" Could not load file or assembly "Traffic Policer, Version=6.13.7.0 Culture=neutral, Publickeytoken=null' or one of its dependencies.

Take screenshots of your LSPDFR and Police Scanner folders, please.

You need to create the folder.  Go into Grand Theft Auto V-->Plugins.  Right click in a blank spot and go to new-->folder.  Name it LSPDFR  and move the Traffic Policer files there.

Yes, however, two things.

 

1) LSPD First Response.dll and LSPD First Response.pdb go into your plugins folder.

 

2)  Capitalize the P in Plugins.

 

After you do both of these, you should be good.

I even restarted my laptop to close eveything and it still did this

Close every windows folder you have open, and make sure GTA V is closed, then try.

Im pretty sure every other folder is closed and GTA is closed too. I restarted my Laptop so nothing should be opened

Never mind about renaming the folder for now.  Go ahead and load in via Rage, go on duty, and see if it works. :)
