I know this has been an issue in the past and there were forums for this similar issue at the time.  Now that it is several years and updates later I am needing some help.  I have played LSPDFR in the past, no problems.  Been away for a while and started all over from a fresh install of GTAV.  I go into game and it says everything has loaded, but when I hit the F4 command to drop down the Rage Plugin menu the game just pauses.  I know it is supposed to pause, but the menu does not appear.  I went into my main root directory and made sure that none of the Rage files were blocked.  I don't know what else to do.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.
