So I installed an ENB to be able to have better visuals (below) and I couldn't start the game, so I deleted d3d9.dll because I found info that suggested that change would allow me to launch the game, and it has, but not quite perfectly. Whenever I load into the game the screen is black with the minimap, and when I change the weather to anything but one of the sunny's, I can see. I have determined that the sunlight just makes the game world black, does anyone know a fix to this? I can provide screenshots if necessary.
