The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

It might not necessarily be a plugin issue.  I used to have this problem big time on my old rig, and sometimes I still do where I go on duty, but LSPDFR crashes because it took too long to load.  The issue is LSPDFR is trying to load too much at once, and ultimately crashes to prevent infinite loading.  The one alternative is opening Rage's settings and changing plugin threshold timeout timer to 5000.

I have a fairly decent rig, but I had quite a lot of plugins. So could've been a bad plugin, or just too many.

    I'm going to go with too many.  :P  I have an over abundance of callouts and other mods set to load with LSPDFR.  My rig is decent as well, but I still get it from time to time.

    Been having this. Found the easy fix. 

    FORCE WINDOWED MODE in RPH.

    Playing in windowed yes, but playing with full plugins. :)

    Look, we do not need involve PIA in this...
