The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So I recently installed a few call out packs,  but when I went on duty the game crashed every time as it was loading lspdfr.

Hi there.  Please clarify for me.  It crashes as it was loading LSPDFR?  How are you loading it?  Are you bringing up the console and typing "LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll", or do you have LSPDFR set to load when Rage starts?
