When I walk into the police station, I go on duty and it sticks me with the model that I was (usually Franklin). Then once I'm on duty, I keep getting call-outs, one after another. One will appear and after about 5 seconds it'll disappear and another one will appear right after it (not even a second later)

I also have a lot of scripts but most of them are disabled with the in-game script manager.

Hi there,

 

First off please capital the plugins folder.  The mods can be a bit picky sometimes, so it really should be Plugins.

 

Second, you have LSPDFR+ installed twice.  Once in the LSPDFR folder where it belongs, and ,the other in the Plugins folder.  Please delete the LSPDFR+ INI, .dll, and the LSPDFR+ folder within plugins.

 

Third, please attach your RagePluginHook.log.
