I press g and the sirens won't turn on, and when i press r it turns on the siren until I stop pressing it.

also how do I add a new model because i am trying to add a new state patrol uniform and I was wondering how i do that?

Check the download for that file.  It may have a readme that says how to install the ped.

 

Make sure you're on stage 3 lighting of the vehicle.  (press J three times)
