Hi there.

 

LSPDFR comes bundled with an outdated RagePluginHook.  Please head over to the Rage website and download 0.56, which is the latest version.

According to your screenshot, you're on RagePluginHook 0.36, which is the outdated version.  Right click the RagePluginHook.exe in your main GTA directory-->properties-->details.  Under "product version", what does it say?

You are still on an outdated Rage.  Please go into your GTA V folder and delete RagePluginHook.exe.  Then head over to this link and download 0.56.
