I deleted my mods folder on OPENIV and I installed RDE 3.1 now my game keeps crashing. Can someone please help

Did you delete your mods fold before installing RDE? and did you remake your mods folder and install RDE into it?

Chances are you installed something incorrectly with RDE.  I've never used it, so your best bet might be to ask in the RDE thread.
