Need help with unmarked minivan

alright, I'm hoping this is the right place, police car mods troubleshooting sound promising.

I gave an attempt at making an unmarked minivan custom, I checked out a few tutorials and it seemed straight forward enough, I unlinked the siren props, moved them to various places on the new car, and linked them to that. Here's where the issues start... in both zmodeler and open iv the bits are in the right place, but in game they float a few feet in the air above and behind the minivan. (Exact same thing also occurred when i tried a police faction donk)  

 

I've included a couple pictures with crude drawings added on.

 

I have no idea whats going on if anyone could offer some advice or knows whats up that'd be great.
