The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When i hit t or y when in a pursuit or a traffic stop the car will just speed up and keeping going in a straight line while hitting everyhting and anything in its path. Like the car just glitches out.

Hi there,

 

This is a problem caused by a feature of ELS.  In your main GTA V directory, open the ELS.INI, and look for "ELSTrafCTRL", disable this option.
