When i start up ragepluginhook it works perfectly then when gta 5 is loading it crashes...

I'm assuming it crashes as soon as the GTA V window opens, right?  At what point are you in the game's story?

Yes it crashes right when gta v starts opening and i think i haven't done anything.

You need to get to a free roam point in the story mode for Rage/LSPDFR to work.  If there is a cut scene, or a forced mission, it'll just crash.  You can still launch via the GTA5.exe.

i have no mission i just spawn in my home and it doesnt say to do a mission or anything

If you go outside and wait, do you get any calls from a character?  Basically, where are you in the story right now?

im in the beginning of the story but no one calls me and i called a character they said they will call me later.

For now, go ahead and do a few story missions, please.  Once you're at a free roam point where you can choose when to start a mission, go ahead and try again.

 

Also, please follow this tutorial and lets make sure you did install everything correctly.

Open the commandline located in the main directory. Delete anything inside and save.  Then start Rage, and click the gear icon in the lower left of the Rage logo.  Make sure "prevent online vehicles from being in single player" is not enabled.
