The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I installed everything and I get all these errors. I even tried running it as a admin and i still get the same thing. I use AVG as my Virus Software and I even turned my firewall off to try to run the game that way. Still didn't work. When I also try to install .Net Framework it gives me an error saying it's already been installed and I dont see it in my program files. Please help me. Thank You

Can you please take another screenshot, this time including the navigation bar at the top of your folder?  Thanks.  In your main directory is commandline.txt.  Open it and see if anything is inside. If there is, delete it and save.
