still nothing works, just 3 callouts loaded, cops chasing me, F4 is bugged, can't open it.... idk what i can do, maybe my pc is too bad for this mod? But i have been playing it on winter...

I wish you had mentioned the F4 problem sooner, lol.  Try this, it will fix the Rage console issue, and might fix the plugin issue.

 

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.

now i can watch F4, but now i don't see police stations on minimap :D

And no one comand working on console (ForceDuty or GotoPD) :|

Press F4 and type Loadplugin LSPD First Response.dll  What happens?
