The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have @Prophet 's PA-300 siren installed, but it only changes Police1-4 and Sheriff1-2. How can I use these same tones for every emergency vehicle in my game?

Sheriff1 tones should change along with the POLICE tones, not sure why it wouldn't. Sheriff2, however, has its own primary and secondary siren you need to replace.

0x0E0DA7BC - Granger Primary
0x16E74B3E - Granger Secondary

You'd replace POLICE primary and secondary names with the names above.
