Ok before yall start. Yes I googled the problem and yes I watched videos from albo, first30mins, and Kane jr when I was installing. 

Now I installed LSPDFR and rage just fine. Loaded up and worked. Then I installed, traffic policer, vehicle search, arrest manager, LSPDFR +, Police toolbox, better ems, Computer +, Smart Radio, Pete Callouts, Assorted callouts, now after installing this, on the bottom left of my screen it showed up as they were loaded successful. But I could not get the radio to pull up using the C button. And I did remap my C button so nothing else was using it. The computer when not pull up. So in my attempt to take a screenshot of this proving to yall it was loaded successful I hit F12 and it crashed. And now the LSPDFR game keeps crashing. Sounds crazy yes i know but its doing it. So I deleted all my files and I'm going to retry later. Does anyone have any load of which things should be installed beside LSPDFR before rage. Or maybe a plugin I'm missing  that will tie all these together? What about mapping the keyboard? Thanks for your help.

Other plugins I forgot to say was, Code 3 callouts, Code red callouts, Lar callouts, and streetnames. Is it possible I had plugins fighting each other?

There's really not a 'proper' order for installing plugins.  You can install them in any order.  If your game keeps crashing, please attach your Rage log and we'll have a look.

Thanks man. But the game its self wasn't crashing nor was rage. It would show a message on the bottom left and say LSPDFR crashed and then I couldn't go back on duty until I restarted the game. And after about 5 mins it did it again.

Are you aware you can hit F4 and type "loadplugin LSPD First Response.dll"? :)  If a plugin crashes, you can manually load it as long as it's not an LSPDFR based plugin such as Traffic Policer.
