The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When I installed new textures for my police cars, the lights on the top of the car stopped working. although everything else works, i hear the sirens and the rear lights flash. I have ELS and the textures are installed properly.  ive been trying to fix this for 2 days and im not sure what to do. please help.

Hi there.  Have you checked the comments on that pack to see if it's a common issue?  Also, please link to the texture you're trying to use.
