ever since i installed LSPDFR when i get 5 stars ridicolous amounts of swat spawn. does LSPDFR cause this and if yes how can i reduce the amount of swat that spawns (Look at the picture this is not normal)

I have never heard of Lspdfr causing this. By your picture you not "on duty" So lspdfr isn't enabled. 

 

 

Do you have any other script mods or do you have a trainer?

Nope no other script mods i only have a trainer. and police helicopters disabled but i already reenabled them there are less swat now but still more than i can remember from vanilla

Temporarily remove your trainers, please, then load into the game and play to see if this happens.
