The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

How to change my default State patrol vehilce to a mod vehicle?

Fair warning, because you're wanting to change POLICEB (Police Bike) to a car, you will need to edit the vehicles.meta.

 

For adding the vehicle, go into mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks.  From here, choose your very latest patchday (which might be 14-15, somewhere around there) / dlc / x64 / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf.

 

Next, click "edit mode" in OpenIV.  Make sure the vehicle you want to use is named POLICEB.yft, POLICEB.ytd, and POLICEB_hi.yft.

 

Drag and drop the three files into your latest patchday. The files should now appear in the list of vehicles.

 

Click "edit mode again" to turn off editing mode and close OpenIV.
