The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

It will work the 1st time, when I jump back on later in the day the icons will be there just can't get in. Also i have saved next to a police station it will say to press e but nothing happens.

This means either you did not install Rage correctly, or are missing a requirement for it.  To start off, please reinstall RagePluginHook and follow this tutorial.
