I have viewed lots of topics and tried most solutions that have worked but seem to still have a problem. Please can someone help?

Do you have the VCF for that car installed correctly?

 

Also, do you have AdvancedHookV installed?

I think I have as I used the OIV installer for Thehurk's addon cars and have checked the read me and everything is correct. And yes advanced hook is installed and scripthook.

In your main GTA V directory go into ELS and the pack_default folder.  Are all the VCFs there?

Yeah, I put the files that were in the pack inside the pack_default folder.

The problem is that the ELS menu does not appear when i press Ctrl+p and the lights are stuck like this.

If you press scroll lock on your keyboard, do you hear a noise?  If so, ELS should now be working.

I don't here a noise, what am I supposed to hear because I will try and get it to work if so.

Please include screenshots of your GTA V directory and your ELS folder, including pack_default.

You're missing advancedhookv.dll.

No, advancedhookv.dll comes in the ELS download, and it belongs in the main GTA directory.

It worked. Just didn't think much of it as i thought it was similar to the other advanced hook Thank you so much.

That system is not implemented here.  Normally people just leave their thread to fall off the page. (which it eventually does)  You can edit your opening post and add "(Solved)" if you wanted.
