Is this a fresh install of Rage?  Try deleting your GTA V shortcuts and verify the integrity.

He's not on the proper game version.

 

@CryWolF You're on a previous patch, RPH doesn't support previous patches in the updated builds of the mod. You'll either have to update your game or downgrade your RageHook which you'd need to find a source for the version that matches with your game version.

 How to downgrade my GTA V so i can use this Mod? i also did verify the integrity and still have the same error...  i also do infact have the social clud of GTA V legitly so idk whats going on
