GTA 5 Crashes As Soon As I Type "ForceDuty" or Go On Duty

Good day, my name is AJ - I've been having some issues with LSPDFR if anybody could bother helping out. (I tried making this as specific as possible, PLEASE DO REMIND ME IF ANY SPECIFIC STUFF AIN'T BEING TOLD!)

 

DESCRIPTION: Quite recently, I updated my Grand Theft Auto V to the latest version that I account for that most people are on. I've taken about a couple hours to install scripts, plugins, sound mods, two simple police vehicles, and an ENB / Graphics Enhancer. Knowing I've never had this until now - I've been launching RageHook successfully, however.. when typing "ForceDuty" or going on duty in general with the LSPDFR mod, I experience a sudden freeze.. a crash occurs! I first thought it was Albo's scripts, or Tacco's scripts, but no - it couldn't have been that. So I use the LSPDFR Error Reporter Thingy created by Albo1125, and it says "No Errors Have Been Found!". Maybe somebody can kindly help?

(PS: I'm good at these things, but in this day - never :P Thanks for helping whoever is!)

Hey there.

 

I'm assuming you added all these mods first, then tried playing?  If so, it'll make this a tad bit harder to locate the actual problem.  So, to clarify it freezes/crashes as you are typing, right?  Please list all the mods you are using, including trainers.

Actually, yes, please, a video of it would be helpful. As it stands currently, I have not had anyone else report a crash as they type.

Due to this crash only happening when going on duty, please temporarily remove everything you have in the LSPDFR folder (plugins / LSPDFR), then try going on duty with just LSPDFR.

So I most definitely did find out that LSPDFR isn't the cause anymore - that narrows down a search. Would you believe that the best thing to try is installing one by one and when each one is installed, test the game? I know it might sound like a pain lol, but should I?

You read my mind. :)  I was going to advise you install them one by one, or even two by two.  Remember to hop in game and test each time.  Pain in the ass, bu the best way to troubleshoot.

Found out my issues - Albo1125's modifications crash when doing a fresh reinstall :( I've noticed many others are having issues. Otherwise every plugin is doing amazing :)

Sadly, it seems like Albo's plugins have been causing a lot of issues for users. Glad you got it figured out, though!

Everything seems to be working - I was able to figure out my issue. The ReShaders were not compatible with any of Albo's modifications, they were with others - though that isn't much of a problem. I'd prefer to have these plugins work than having ReShaders that can ruin my game. Thank you for the help, my friend! :)

I was kinda wondering if the reshaders were an issue, but I really don't touch reshaders.  I use MVGA and that's all I touch with graphics. :P
