GTA EFLC not being launched at all after installing LCPDFR

As the title says, my GTA EFLC cannot be launched after installing LCPDFR both manually and automatically. 

 

But when I remove AdvancedHookInit.asi from my root folder, the game works very laggy, and LCPDFR still not being started at all.

 

My game has been like this since I totally refreshed(I mean reset) my Windows 10 (It used to work fine before I did so).

 

Any advice?
