The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

If it crashes and says "LSPDFR was terminated because it was causing the game to freeze",  then yes.  However, you should be able to try again and have it work.

Does your full game crash or just lspdfr?

If just lspdfr like Kallus said, type in the console Loadplugin LSPD First Response (I tab it so it instantly types)

If the game crashes, please verify.

thanks , for the reply and ive got it fixed it was of a single plugin called agency callouts since i removed it lspdfr works normally
