Make sure you installed the cars in the very latest patchday that has a vehicles.rpf.

Nope.  It'd be patchday 13, patchday14, etc.  Whichever is the very latest.

The very latest patchday that has a vehicles.rpf.  I am on an older version of GTA, so I don't know what the latest one is.

still no i have put the car where its post to go but wont load up at all i know its there becuase i can use to change the lights from code 2 to code 3 lights

Yes.  You can either do it manually by taking the vanilla files and pasting them in the mods folder, or remake your mods folder.

I'd do it manually, then again, I've been doing this for a while, and I prefer backtracking and fixing my mistakes the hard way.  It's really up to you, but I advise going the easier route.

okay i think i will take the easier route how do i reset the not doing it manualy
