LSPDFR and RPH crash on startup

Every time I start GTA 5 using RPH, the crash report I have added will appear. The same line "Initializing texture system; phase 14" will appear at the end of every one of them. I have tried running RPH with administrator privileges, and completely removing my anti-virus neither have fixed the issue.
