Gta 5 keeps crashing wont even load up

When i go to load up gta 5 through rage plugin it will get to the wating for game window then it will crash i have mods but they never did this before i installed voical dispatch but that was about it never crashed on me the first time that would be last night 7/18/2017 but today 7/19/2017 i went to load it up seemed fine but it all of a sudden crashed on me i went to load it up again did it again so did the same thing now it wont even load

Gta 5 It self wont actually launch too

If GTA 5 isn't launching for you, then you need to remove the most recent thing you added or changed.

i did that and still now luck i even went to the 2nd thing i added which was police vechicles but still no luck i going to vaildate my game files to double check because i have had this problem before

well well id figure it was the problem my game had 105 missing game files somthing like that
