Callouts not working

I have serveral callouts for LSPDFR. They worked fine until now. Yesterday I installed Vocaldispatch and now nothing works anymore. I removed Vocaldispatch but the callouts are not loading.

 

I reinstalled LSPDFR but the Callouts are not working.

 

Sorry for my bad english, but I speak german.
