Hello,

 

I recently downloaded the LSPDFR along with the updated version of the RageHook plugin. However, nothing happens when I run the RageHook plugin in 'Adminstrator' mode. Any idea why?

 

GTA V Steam version: 1.0.1103.2

RageHook Plug In Version: 0.55.1131.11501

 

I have updated to the latest, both for Steam and RageHook Plugin, but nothing happens. I have followed the installations steps correctly. Any ideas?

Are you able to launch GTA V via GTA 5.exe? Also include screenshots of your GTA V directory, please.

Thanks for the reply.  Interesting, I cannot run GTA V via the GTA 5.exe in the folder. I have to run it via the desktop shortcut icon or steam store.

Create a shortcut of RagePluginHook.exe, and move that shortcut onto your desktop.  Now try running Rage.

Delete the desktop shortcuts, and make sure GTA 5.exe, GTAVLauncher, and RagePluginHook.exe are the only ones in your directory, and the only ones on your computer.  Then try running Rage as admin.

It still says installed version 0?

Nothing happens. I deleted the shortcut and ran the GTA 5.exe, GTAVLauncher, and RagePluginHook.exe. Nothing happens on running the rageplugin

Please double check you have all of these, which are requirements for running Rage.

When starting RagePluginHook, I see "please install missing dependency d3dx11_43.dll

Hi KR,

 

The video did the trick. Thank you so much for you help!! 

 

2 things I did differently, as per the video:

 

1) Used the manual install instead of the automatic one

2) Created a "LSPDFR" folder in the GTAV Plugin folder after installing LSPDFR and latest RageHook Plugin

 

Everything else was smooth sailing from there on and loving putting bad guys behind bars!
