The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

It is not clear on how you run the program once you download all the stuff you need. It Is unclear how you extract the files and how you make them run with the game. Is there a step by step guide?

Hi, you have to install LSPD FR with the .exe. But you need also RPH. Check on YouTube for albo1125 installation guide. Good luck.
