ELS Lights Issue

First of all, my default.carlights value is set in the 100s for day and night, but the els lights are still very dim at day, they are good at night, but not at day. Is there any way to fix this?

In the visualsettings.dat, fin "car.defaulight.emissive.on", and look for the day option.  Change day to 6000.00
