The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey... i installed gta 5 new on this pc added up some plugins and now i cant go on duty the rph console wont work also but rph is working.. the lspdfr icons are popping up but if i go infront of a pd door the menu on the left cornor wont popup and if i press e it wont work also btw, sry for my bad english :p

if im gonna dont load lspdfr at the startup and load it via the console my gta just freezes

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.
