RAGE Plugin Hook dont work

I downloaded the RAGE Plugin Hook files into the GTA folder but when it starts it looks like it does not load in fact if I click f4 does not work and I do not load the plugins.

After installing LSPDFR, did you go back to the RagePluginHook website and download the latest version, 0.55?
