The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I downloaded all rage hook and lspdfr new most current versions and I start the game. The first time I could ForceDuty as I was suppose to but then it said LSPDFR crashing  and now no way to use rage (f4) it just won't show up and now wen I get on the icons to start my shit and jail shoes up but I can not access it. Plz help

I'm slightly confused which is the issue here.  The crashing or the Rage console?

 

For the Rage console not showing up - Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.

 That worked but it stated it crashes then none of the controls work. As in I can not pull people over

Please attach, don't post, your RagePluginHook.txt.  This is located in your main GTA V directory.
