"Parkstool(s)" causing LSPDFR crashes

Hey guys,

I'm stumped on an issue I keep constantly having with trying to go on duty (forceduty). Every time I use the command "forceduty", the game crashes after 5/6 seconds. I think I have the issue bumped down to the "parkstools" extension or whatever it is, I'm hoping someone could take a look at my log and confirm this, and than direct me to where parkstools is located..

ParkTools.dll should be in your main GTA V directory.
