With you being on Windows 10, lets get it out of the way.  Please check this and see if it might be applicable here.

Prior to this random crash, did you add anything to your game or modify anything?  Do anything at all with your game directory?

Well, the crashes started to happen after I had installed a glock model and a glock sound mod but since I have 2 folders (One for multiplayer and one for singleplayer where I place all the mods) I replaced those glock files with the original files from my mp folder. But it's still crashing on me.

Are you able to load into the game via Steam? (not Rage)

Yes

Can you take another screenshot of your directory, please?  This time, include the folder path (the bar at the top) in the shot.

Last time it was working was yesterday before I installed those glock files.

In your main directory, open up the commandline.  Delete everything in it and save.

If there's nothing in it, open Rage's settings, and check to see if "enable counter measures against online vehicles" is checked.  If it is, disable it.

Did all that and now it worked on the third try. Thanks.

You're welcome. :)

Hey, apparently it didn't work. It just takes about 10-ish  attempts until I'm able to launch rph, I still need help :/

1) Add GTA V as an exception to your anti virus and firewall.

2) Open commandline and type -scOfflineOnly.

Still crashing on me. Either it crashes in the loading screen or the game loads but the screen is completely black.

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.

Go back into Rage's settings.  Is the option "enable counter measures against online vehicles" checked?  If so, uncheck it, save, and launch.
