Whenever I change anything in OpenIV (cars) I follow the instructions step-by-step and whenever I start up Rage Plugin it says that my game is corrupt. Anyone know why? or what I should do?

Are you using a mods folder?

I strongly encourage you to use this, as it protects your vanilla files and makes it easier to just delete the mods folder in the event something is broke beyond repair.  As per your current issue, unless you have a backup somewhere, you may need to do a reinstall.  You can, however, try and verify integrity of game cache and see if that gives back the files you erased.

I verified integrity of game cache, and it's back but the thing is how do I install cars without it being corrupt or crashing?

That's what the mods folder is for!  The mods folder is a replica of your vanilla files.  You can edit these files without harming your vanilla game.  Please see the link I provided, it'll help you to understand how it works. If you still have trouble with it, let me know.
