The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

i was able to get it working it was somthing to do with eather the EUP 7.5 or the modding dlc pack just have to figure out witch one is causeing the problem

I had this same problem the first time I installed EUP. I didn't use a mods folder. XD

i had eup in my mods folder before the 7.5 one
