So yesterday, after a long time of not modding, I decided to mod my GTA with some cars. These cars were ELS. So, I put the cars in the slots that they'd always been in; patchday3ng (police and police2), patchday4 (police3) and patchday2 (fbi2) These slots are the slots that I had always used to mod the cars, and it always worked. Now, only some of them work, like police, and fbi. police2, police3, fbi2, sheriff, and sheriff2 all DON'T work. The thing that DID work for the cars was the ELS, but that was it. If there are new locations for the cars, please let me know.

I also tried putting the cars in x64e.rpf and that still didnt work.

Using previous patchdays no longer work.  You'll need to use the latest patchday that has a vehicles.rpf.

So I just stuff the downloaded files into i.e. patchday15?

If by download files you mean the +hi.ytd (if applicable), .ytd, .yft, and _hi.yft, yes. :)

You're welcome!  I'm sure you know this, but if it's an ELS vehicle, the ELS VCF goes into the pack_default folder within the ELS folder. :)
