The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I suppose this is the place to post about this. 

While loading GTA V through RageHook, the loading screen does not display the Rage logo along with the "loading world with ragehook". Once I get in game, when I press F4 to open the console, it will not open. The game pauses, and when I press F4 again, it will unpause.

 

Not sure what to do, I tried re-installing RageHook, and it didn't help at all.

Doesn't make any sense, the game was working perfectly fine yesterday, and I have made no changes whatsoever, and today it's doing this.

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.
