I re-installed GTA V (deleted everything except the x64 data), made exceptions in Avast Antivirus, and Windows Defender. Ran it as admin, ran it normally. Latest patch, RPH 0.55. Here is my crash log, the same everytime right after "Loading and Populating Game World" Anyone know what the issue is?

Is there a reason you didn't do a full reinstall of GTA V?  If your previous GTA directory was modded, or from a previous version, it won't be compatible.

 

Your pastebin log was deleted.  Can you just attach (not post) the RagePluginHook.log, please?

This is a weird one. I just tried to start RPH, it loaded fully with console. Tried it again just for safe measures, crash. One more time, crash. I'm really not sure what the issue is. Also the reason I didn't delete the whole folder was because I didn't want to wait 30 hours just for it to fail again. I did use a mods folder before I deleted all of the other shite, and I verified the game cache with steam. Anyways, here's the log: https://pastebin.com/DvCsja9A

Since you're on Windows 10, give this topic a read for me, please.  In the mean time, I'll check over your log and see if there's anything relevant in it.

 

 

Dammit that was it! It works now (tested 5 times). The only thing weird though was that when I first turned the options off, it crashed. Then when I closed DS$ Windows, it worked. Then when I re-opened DS4 Windows, it worked again. Hopefully my PC isn't playing tricks on me. Anyways thanks a million!

I've been refusing this creator's update, but I think it'll force itself on me here in the coming days.  Pisses me off.
