The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Are you using ELS?  If so

 

1) Did you install the VCF for the cars?

 

2) In your ELS config, is ELSACTIVEONAI set to true or false?

Unfortunately, this seems to be a new issue that is a result of newer versions. There's no known fix for this at the moment to my knowledge, so I can only advise two things.

 

1) Reinstall ELS.

 

2) Restart your computer. I suggest this because when ELS lights stop working, restarting the computer always fixes it and gets them working again. May be the case here for AI.

 

Other than that, I'm not sure.
