The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Anyone using Windows10 having issues with First Response.dll crashing on startup?

So I just did a fresh install of GTA5, I installed all the proper files and folders, I even ran the troubleshooter and everything checks out fine. At this point I am convinced that windows10 is causing the problem. I have no anti-virus installed and I am only running simple trainer along side lspdfr. I have attached the rage log file. Anyone have any ideas?

In your GTA V directory, open commandline.  Delete everything in it, save, try again.

Dude you are a life saver, that was the fix I needed. The issue now is I can't go back into my settings, when I click the settings button after loading ragehook it says "ragehook has stopped working" and it automatically closes the program.

You have to give it a few seconds.  When the Rage window opens, wait until it starts loading things, then hit the settings button.
