ELS not even loading

I've installed all the components required to have ELS run such as scriphookv, scripthookdotnet, ELS cars and ELS itself. When I hop in a ELS car in the game, nothing shows up, J, K, L don't work and the menu doesn't pop up. Can someone help me fix this error? If you need my game files please say so.

In your main GTA V directory - there is an ELS.log.  Please attach that.  Also in your main directory, do you have advancedhookv.dll?

I can't find the ELS.log, and yes, I do have advancedhookv.dll

What police vehicle are you trying to use ELS for? Make sure in your Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default there is a .xml file named for the vehicle you're trying to use. For example if you're trying to use ELS for sheriff2 make sure there is a sheriff2 xml in  Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default. If there isn't one copy and paste the police xml from that folder to your desktop and rename it to sheriff2. Then place that sheriff2 xml that you just created into the above directory.

There should be an ELS log if ELS was working.  Are you sure you downloaded ELS correctly?

I used the LSMPD pack and put the required XML's in the pack_default folder.

Yes, I've watched Albo's video on how to install ELS

You should have these three files in your main GTA V directory.
